Eating out is part of our culture. We love to go and enjoy a nice meal with friends and family but how do we keep it healthy while navigating that menu filled with hamburger, french fries, pasta and temptations everywhere? We know that if we eat out too much it can get us off track of our nutrition goals but what options do we have? Never eat out?
