What is Beachbody on Demand?
Beachbody on Demand is a serious GAME CHANGER! You are guaranteed results and will not ever get bored with your fitness- I promise! Beachbody on Demand (BOD) is a ginormous library of online workout programs available for streaming and new programs are constantly being added several times a year! The access is unlimited, meaning you can watch any number of workouts per day, on any device, any place, any time.
How does it work?
When you purchase and All Access Pass you have access to all of the workouts and content on BOD for and ENTIRE YEAR!! You have the ability to choose workouts by fitness level, exercise type, time, or Super Trainer, and stream them right to your web-enabled TV, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You will laso have access to the program guides that give you a calendar to follow, the tools you need to get started and to track your progress and even all of the nutrition guides and recipes!
How do I access it?
To access Beachbody On Demand on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, go to BeachbodyOnDemand.com. You can also stream BOD through a TV using Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast, or via the Beachbody On Demand app for iOS and Android. If you are an Apple Watch user then you can stream your workouts on your iPhone or iPad, and Apple Watch will give you real-time heart rate and calories burned on those screens. How awesome is that?
What is Included in the All Access Pass?
- Over 40 full workout programs which is over 600 workouts available at your fingertips of all different intensity levels and styles. There is everything from HIIT, Weight Lifting, Circuit, Dance, Kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates that range in time from 10 to 60 minutes depending on the program you chose. This is how I access my workouts when I am at home! Here’s how to get started with Beachbody On Demand with Roku:
- Start by searching for Beachbody On Demand in the Roku Channel Store. Add the channel and press OK on the Roku remote to install the channel.
- You’ll next see a screen pop up with a URL and an activation code. Enter the URL into the Internet browser on your computer, tablet, or phone and login to your Beachbody On Demand account. You will then be prompted to enter the activation code. Do so and press the Submit button. The page will then alert you that the device has been successfully activated.
- Once activation is successful, the Beachbody On Demand channel will automatically launch on your Roku player or Roku TV model.
- To choose a workout, select the workout program you wish to do by using the “OK” button. Then, choose which specific workout you want to view.
